GENERAL
By commissioning me, you are agreeing to the terms of service below. I, the artist, am not responsible if the client fails to read the given Terms of Service provided.Commissions are completed at a first come, first serve basis.
Estimated time: UP TO 2 WEEKS (Depending on the size of your oder)
(please check the QUEUE LIST for an idea of wait time)PAYMENT
All payment (USD) is taken before the commission is started. I will not work until payment is received.
You have 24hrs to send the payment to lock in your spot on my list.
Payment is completed via PAYPAL or CASHAPP
Please notify me once payment has been sent.RUSH SERVICES
If you have a deadline that needs to be met , rush orders may be available. Please refer to my Queue Status.
Estimated Time: 2-7 days (Will vary on order size and other rush orders in queue)
Fee: +50% of your original order

RIGHTS
Each commission is for PERSONAL, NON-COMMERCIAL USE ONLY, unless a commercial license is purchased. Meaning you cannot use my artwork on merchandise (unless for yourself) or resell the artwork itself.
Commercial Rights Fee: +50% of the order (not including rush priority fee) + $15 USDShould you break the copyright/usage agreement, every right to the commissioned image will be retracted with no refund.I have the rights to upload all artwork to my website and social media.

UPDATES AND REVISIONS
♡ B&W sketch > Color sketch > lineart + base color >Final color+ Finishing touches
I will provide updates along the way, you may request an update at any time. Revisions can be made at each step (listed above). Revisions that require me to change something that was already agreed upon might result in an additional charge at my discretion.After the final color phase NO CHANGES will be made ,unless there was an error on my end, without an additional charge.

REFUNDS:
If I have not started on the sketch, you may request a refund/cancellation.
Once I have started the sketch there will be NO REFUNDS unless I personally have to cancel your order.

COMMISSION PROCESS:
♡ Read through the terms and service before filling out the form
♡ Fill out the commission form and include all necessary information. Please be as descriptive as possible
♡ I will respond to your inquiry within 2 business days to let you know if I accept the order. If you do not hear from me please reach out.
♡ A paypal invoice or link / Cash app request will be sent out. This must be paid in full before I start working on your order.
♡ You will receive sketches and updates along the way for you to approve
♡ Upon approval of the final product, I will resize the artwork as needed and send you the final images through email.
